The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke brilliant English which was better than my terrible German

Excellent location. Walking distance to almost everything. Train/bus station right across the street. Was disappointed in the amenities, no shampoo or no conditioner. Only provided 2 coffee pods for a three night stay, no option to replenish pods. It was very noisy at this location, could hear all the traffic and people at night so no good sleeps here.

The washing machine doesn’t not work. Public refrigerator is not working. No fridge in the unit.

Only negative was the bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a glass sliding door, and no privacy lock.

The room was very clean, the stuff really helpful also.

Everything is good but it is quite cold there since there is no sun coming in

Air conditioning was excellent. Room was clean and staff was helpful and nice.

The room was clean, best comfortable, had AC, an amazing view in a central location of Vienna.
