Great!

Great spot, clean and beautiful facilities, lovely staff and beautiful nature. Loved seeing rabbits in the morning around the tents. Pool was warm and well maintained

We had a defective light in our bathroom that kept going on all by itself every 30 minutes to an hour all night (it had a flashing red light on it showing it was out of order). I finally went down after hours of being awakened by it and they had to shut off the power to the bathroom to stop it from happening. They said they were going to adjust our room charge since it was impossible to get sleep under the circumstances, but they didn't. I never saw an adjustment. They said it would be something they had to take time to do because I booked on Expedia, but they never followed through. The breakfast bar was depressing and it was apparently not possible to find a single person who could answer a question about allergens, as well. We had to leave and get breakfast elsewhere. Would not stay here again.

The property was lovely with well maintained gardens. My room in the Cypress building was in great need of refurbishing: worn paint and plaster and decor was out of date. Floors were great. The non-slip mat in for the tub was stained with mold and the shower head was rusted and dirty looking. Nice bed and linens. My room was quiet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable definitely will be coming back thank you especially to primo Enrique he was very helpful and made me and my husband feel at home

Not clean and dated
