Great place

Enjoyable stay. Comfy room. Only neg. is the coffeemaker. I told staff it didn't make a hot beverage and to replace it. It was still there next day (room 412). Hotel lobby has complementary coffee beverages, free weekend Nat. Post. Hotel gave a 10% off voucher for restaurant on site. Good food, reasonably priced ( breakfast and lunch menu).

We stayed in a rooftop two bedroom suite. Very nice. Clean, Easy accessible. The lobby area is very welcoming with a great smell from the woodfire fireplace. The hot pools were enjoyable. Hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of all the local shops and restaurants.

The home was absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do the home justice. Even more beautiful in person. Every one of our wedding guest we’re in awe of not only the home, but also the views of the mountains. Corinne was also fantastic to deal with.

Overcharged. We were supposed to stay for one night in two rooms. Hotel agreed to adjust our stay at checkout. Then at checkout they refused to make the adjustment and claimed we hadn’t spoken to them. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

We were only in Canmore for one night, but this is a great home base for a longer stay. The condo has a great atmosphere. We appreciated the "double primary suite" (kinda) layout of the 2-storey unit we booked. Each condo is assigned a parking stall but someone was parked in ours when we returned for the evening. The staff from the nearby Basecamp Lodge came out to the parking lot to deal with it before we even reached out, They saw on the cameras that guests in another suite used two parking spots, so they contacted them to come move their vehicle within 10 mins. I appreciated that detail from the staff. They were really clear about the assigned parking spots (which are numbered!) so I don't know what the other guests were thinking. We very sadly did not get a chance to use the hot tub because we arrived back to the hotel after it closed for the evening. But we did explore up on the hot tub deck earlier in the day and it does indeed look incredible. Has a great view of the mountains. The house was actually really warm when we arrived, despite it being October. The west side of the building gets lots of sun. We appreciated the little in-room AC units. One thing we didn't notice when we booked was how close the train tracks are. I think having the window open overnight is just not an option for anybody but the heaviest sleeper, and light sleepers may not do well in the bedroom closest to the tracks. That said, earplugs are provided and I personally didn't even need them.

Very bad experience
