clear room, dated but clean. Mini fridge, coffee maker and MW makes it very convention for transit travel. Only few min from 95 and friendly staff. Stayed there several times.

Updated, they're trying, but a ways to go

We were impressed with the lobby all the cameras and the lighting in the parking lots. It appears that the owners have tried very hard to update the interiors of the units, but that would be an ongoing effort that requires a bit more attention. Clearly these were units that once allowed smoking. This odor cannot be removed with fresh paint, linens, and flooring. It needs to be remediated like a fire with excessive smoke damage had occurred. The stink is still there, and caused me to suffer with a headache the entire next day. Its great that carpeting was replaced with vinyl flooring, but we dripped a few droplets of water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up, and the towel was blackened with dirt. The toilet seat was not tight and falling off the toilet, and the TV was very difficult to navigate. On the positive side, the bed was VERY comfortable, the refrigerator had a freezer section, and the A/C unit was adequate. If the floors were scrubbed/mopped better and with clean water or solvents, the TV controls better and the toilet seats attached, this would have been a higher rating.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Was a great stay for the price! The 24 hour check in is great too, as i arrived super late and tired! The check in and out process was easy, and the staff was friendly.
