You promised that as long as we put up the “Refreshing Room” sign before 10:00am, housekeeping would service the room. However, even though I put up the sign at 7:00am , there has been no room service for two consecutive days. I’ve had to call or go to the front desk each time, usually in the late afternoon or evening, just to request fresh towels and new garbage bags.

Great stay for families. Pool was nice, very shallow which was good for young children. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.
