The breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down. The blind on an inside door was broken into several pieces. We had to leave it pulled up. & One of the drawers was also broken. We didn't need to use it, but it came apart when we opened it. The bed was comfortable. So, that was the biggest plus. We had been told it was the nicest room in the motel (not by the motel management), but, I don't think it was. Room 101 is the room we stayed in.

Staff were so kind and respectful! Really made the experience great.

Jacob at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was nice. It was an extremely hot day and the room was able to stay cooled.

WHEN YOU ARE STANDING IN THE SHOWER AND FIND THAT THE STAFF HAS LEFT YOU WITH AN EMPTY SOAP DISPENSER, IT IS A LITTLE LATE FOR A WELL INTENTIONED STAFF TO BRING YOU A REPLACEMENT SOAP DISPENSER. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY MARGINAL - PANCAKES COOKED ON ONLY ONE SIDE ARE NOT VERY TASTEY AND BUNS SO HARD THEY CAN NOT BE CUT WITH A KNIFE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND THE FACILITIES ARE ALMOST BRAND NEW, WHICH ARE BOTH VERY POSITIVE.

Spacious cottage apartment with decent size and well stocked kitchen and large table for 6. Rooms were a decent size. Generally clean and well kept though some minor plumbing issues. A bit difficult to adjust the thermostat for comfort on both the 1st and 2nd floor - either one was too hot or too cold. Roads around the property are a bit bumpy with some potholes. Overall it is a decent place to stay when visiting the town of Williamsburg.

From the immaculate grounds, to the unreal US history from the Warner family, this destination is a true gem. Phil and Laura; the inn keepers hosted our amazing stay and provided information on the rich history of the site. Austin’s is a wonderful high quality dining establishment on premises with outstanding cuisine, quiet atmosphere, and wonderful wine recommendations by Christian; a top-notch waiter and sommelier. The original house was remodeled to provide outstanding comfort and amenities. The soap, shampoo, and lotion scent is wonderful and unique. This location is a stones throw from Yorktown and other US history. Thank you for a memorable stay. We will be coming back to experience the other rooms and what the Inn has to offer for the things we were not able to get to during this trip!
