So so so dirty. Stained bed covers, peeling paint in bathroom, filthy floors, dust all over the walls. It stunk of smoke and mold. Was staying here to attend my grandmothers funeral and there were several of us there. I was going to ask to switch rooms - but every single one of the rooms my other family members were staying in was exactly the same, if not worse. This is the craziest part - someone attempted to break in to my brothers room and managed to BREAK the lock outside the door and open the door. It was apparently an employee that did it for god knows what. Horrific experience in what was already a terribly sad weekend

We had to wait at the desk to check in for 15 minutes because someone was working on something else. There was mold on the ceilings and stains on the comforter. We went down for breakfast and I was taking some food to my daughter in the room and the desk lady said I couldn’t take it, So I threw it away. While I was getting my car packed I went in the lobby to wait for my daughter and the desk lady that told me I couldn’t bring food to my room allowed others to take it. Not only did she chat with a couple People, she helped the to their room with their food. We were trying to stay one night and get up early and let my daughter get ready in the room while she ate. Hmmmmmmm. That was interesting

I have 3 requirements: safety, cleanliness, quiet. Came into lobby with police hauling off customer wanted on warrant. In 1sr room, Tv didn't work, and the Ice machine outside doors was very loud. Dated. In 2nd room, we had a Large drip all night in shower, and the furnace literally sounded like a semi starting up every time it ran. Cobwebs and bugs on wall. Sticky carpet. Light bulbs burnt out. Just neglected and cheap management. Did not meet my expectations.
