Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. We were put in a room that connected to another and the guests in that room kept us up from 4am until 6:30am. We tried calling the front desk to see if they could do something but no one answered the phone. This was disappointing. Next time we will be sure to ask for a room that doesn’t connect to another room as noise traveled easily.

Beautiful new location with new lighting features and amenities in the room. Surprised with how loud it was at night - loud dripping noise in the fan in bathroom, doors are not sound proof and air conditioner is integrated with wall thermostat, but very loud.

The pillows and bed were too soft and highly uncomfortable. My husband and I would suffer every morning from lack of sleep due to the uncomfortable conditions. Showering was a disaster because the water would leak out into the rest of the floor. The staff's solution is to give us more towels. We requested firmer pillows but they basically gave us the same ones. For the amount that I paid for 2 nights, this was not worth it at all. I expected better quality of this hotel and I am COMPLETELY disappointed by this. I will never book here again. The only decent thing was the free breakfast.
