Good afternoon, To whom it may concern. I was recently booked and stayed Aug 3rd-8th at Ocean Coral Spring Hotel. This was my second stay and unfortunately a disappointment. My first visit was in summer 2023 where my stay with child was an amazing well satisfying trip, as she requested another stay. I was placed in room 2301 and upon entering the room an immediate foul odor was present. After a tremendously delayed flight our arrival time 11am turned into 9pm. We were extremely lethargic and needed rest, therefore the smell was not reported. The stench was so malodorous coming from the shower drain the next day, I decided to make an official report, however, my husband being the humble person suggested to report it when checking out in four days. The second day the smell was so unbearable, the front desk was notified and a request was made for room cleaning; request was delivered and the room smelled a bit more appropriate. The 3rd day the smell coming from the shower drain was so stench my child was livid. Again my spouse did not allow me to appropriately handle this matter urgently as I’m sure he knew how I would have handled it also the fact we would leave the resort into to city and spend the majority of our days by the beach or pool and only to go in at evenings to shower and be back out again for dinner, he felt it was appropriate to report on checkout. Breakfast and lunch buffet had a lot of local food and it was delicious

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Great location, great food, great staff, and lots of entertainment!

Beautiful site, away from the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay! Staff were amazing, funny and friendly! Food was great with a nice variety, entertainment (Fresh) was top tier, great shows, drinks, and stay! Definitely would return.

If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.
