I arrived exhausted after a long trip, only to be told my Hotels.com booking hadn't come through. The front desk gave me two options: pay $150 plus deposit to check in, or wait an hour for confirmation. When I asked for a supervisor, she repeated the same thing with zero empathy or accountability. I've traveled to many countries and never experienced such careless service. Avoid this hotel-staff are rude and unprofessional specially the front desk

This was my third time staying here and I love it. I come here for my quiet getaway weekends alone. This hotel is always really quiet and clean. The beds are amazing. There isn’t really much going on in the hotel, there is a bar and Starbucks in the lobby area. There is a gym, I haven’t used it yet. As a female traveling alone, it’s pretty safe. Parking is convenient and just $10 a day compared to other hotels in Virginia charging $30 and up to park. I just wish there was a pool.
