The bathroom in my room would not flush the toilet constantly ran water very loud! Called service desk 3 times and no one was able to fix the toilet problem. It was my first time flying to DC area. I wish I would’ve picked a better place I paid three days and I stayed 2 I could not take the toilet issue I rented a car and stayed at a family member house. More expensive with the extra charges I had no intention to pay. No refund after asking for one was given. This hotel was a bad experience.

I had to stay here for a month while my apartment was being repaired and I must say, Boyd, Ahmad, and the lady (Im so sorry I forgot her name) were so extremely kind to me my entire stay. I felt like they went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated, valued and cared for during my difficult time. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were always pleasant and thorough whenever I encountered them. Thank you all so much for what you do! I am truly grateful.

My wife and I came to visit DC with two of our grandkids. We parked our car in the garage at the hotel on Saturday and left it there until we left on Tuesday. A quick 10 minutes walk to the West Falls Church Metro Station. What a great , relaxing, quick trip to get into DC! Breakfast at the hotel were tasty and filling for grandkids and adults. We enjoyed two local restaurants that were walking distance from the hotel. We also enjoyed the ice cream shop right outside the hotel's front door. The room was clean and spacious. So glad we chose this hotel for our stay. My wife and I are planning to take two more groups of grandkids. Most likely we will return back to this hotel!

The hotel was really nice, it was clean and very new. My only criticism would be that as a foreign visitor I had no where to store our passports as there was no safe in the room. Also we did not receive coffee pods for the room on a daily basis and there is no kettle to purchase instant coffee. In saying that there is coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day.

Very nixe hotel. Staff was fantastic. Very close to the metro. Alo of new construction around the hotel so you dont have to leave very far to go get some amazing food. Would stay here again

I liked how it was walking distance to the West Falls subway station and walking distance to good restaurants. It was a convenient place to stay in between DC and the Dulles airport.
