Airport shuttle is listed on the amenities but nowhere to be found on the property. Misleading information. I had to spend over $60 for Uber back and forth to the airport. No assistance with luggage on the property. Had to carry all the luggage myself upstairs to my room.

Had a medical emergency so was unable to travel and literally the morning after the cancellation window I requested an exception through Hotels.com to the hotel given the circumstances. They would not budge. I did not actually stay at the hotel but would not be able to recommend them given their inability to be lenient with their customers.

We were totally ignored upon arrival! Staff member didn’t even wave and knowledge us. House keeping was loud in the hallway at 9:30 the next morning. Started vacuuming in room beside us. Kept hitting the wall with the vacuum. Uugghhh!!! Young lady at the bar area was extremely nice and engaging!! After leaving, I called back after realizing I left a few items in the refrigerator. Young man at front desk was very pleasant and even went back to room to collect items for me.

Great location- we came from Baltimore and stopped to visit Mount Vernon. Hotel across the street from a big shopping center with full nice grocery store, coffee shop, ice cream shop. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Everything worked great. Lobby was pleasant with bar and food available. Pool and hot tub looked cloudy but the area was clean- could just be an off day. We did not swim. We would definitely stay again- we only planned one night and there was enough in Mt Vernon area to stay a few nights.

My room wasn’t serviced once. The front desk said they didn’t have anyone to work the bar. The customer service was poor. I was completely disappointed by their performance.

Very clean, housekeepers are friendly and thorough. I was truly impressed by the Hotel. Mattress and pillows were comfy. AC, great. Rare you find a hotel that is set up nice and clean. Only complaint is the refrigerator. Freezer worked poorly, if at all. My items were cold, rather than frozen. I would say if they would get a new refrigerator, then that hotel will be top notch in my opinion. Oh, I almost forgot, the servers at breakfast, they were very attentive. They were checking on you, picking up your dishes. Great service. Thank you. P.S. Get those fridges fixed...please!!!

The staff was not friendly didn’t tell me about the amenities and didn’t provide a receipt for my stay because they told me I booked via a third party. I called for towels and they told me to come get them. It was a beautiful property but subpar service.

This is the 2nd time in a month we have stayed at this location for baseball tournaments. The rooms are clean and spacious but I just don't understand why they can't find sheets that fit the beds. The fitted sheets are barely on the mattress and can pop off in the middle of the night. We had to keep the room temperature at 64 as the entire building was insanely hot. There is no AC in common areas or hallways so the hallways were easily 90 degrees as the heat index was 110 this weekend. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Check in can take far longer than necessary depending on who is behind the desk. Breakfast is overpriced and we weren't impressed, same with the bar. 1 glass of Lamarca prosecco almost covered the price of the bottle butit is a hotel and that's expected.

Our room was nice and well sized. Lighting was a bit low and the vent in the bathroom didn't work, however, overall it was a very nice stay. Loved having the hot tub available?
