We Loved it the staff are very good the buffet breakfast at £12 each is the best I've had location opposite the beach and within walking distance to the town a Hreat Holiday

Room not up to standard

The staff at the hotel were fantastic but the room it’s self was not clean toilet and shower dirty room not as described we paid for a sea view and got a back wall overall unhappy with hotel but I must emphasise the staff were fantastic

Lovely location! However poor nights sleep due to noise from slamming doors, cars driving past in the night and a very noisy lift opposite our room. Room was very warm so fans would be ideal. Bathroom very small but reflected in the price. Wonderful view from our Sea View room. King bed would have been much better however the room was too small to have accommodated this.

On arrival the hotel was clean and the receptionist was friendly and polite. Our double room on the first floor was small but adequate for the one night we were staying. It was clean and quiet although it could do with some modernising. The en suite bathroom was compact and clean with some free toiletries. The bed with its Hypnos mattress was the best of all and we both slept very soundly all night.

Fantastic Stay . Right on the front convinient for town. Lovely clean modern room. Huge shower , clean bedding and towels. Bathroom shower gel etc included. Super fast check in.. 6 pound parking well worth it. Plus can reserve you spot if you need to go out and about in your car . A fantastic clean hotel with super friendly staff. 10 out of 10

The TV would not work properly, the shower would not heat up, the base of the bed was longer than the mattress, so kept walking into it which hurt legs. Had to park on the street, and regarding breakfast we were of the opinion it was included but if wanted had to pay, so we declined, left the hotel early next morning. WOULD NOT recommend this Hotel

The room was dated. It was very hot and I needed to ask for a fan after the first night. The bathroom was very small and some of the furnishings were falling off the walls.

Fab time in Exmouth. Hotel in a fairly central position. Clean abd presentable abd loveky staff. At the time of our stay very windy on the front but would not normal so windy.
