The front desk asked us to go downstairs to pick up more bath towels by ourselves. The service is terrible

Nice hotel and convenient location. Nothing above “just average” for amenities. Nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was ok but nothing to put as a priority to book here. The lady serving breakfast did a fabulous job keeping food available and caring for guests. Overall nice place but nothing worth the $200+ room rate.
