I had booked this hotel. Single female in town only because of a patient who was med-flighted to St Bernard Hospital. When I drove into the parking lot there were 3-6 males standing around outside near the office entrance - smoking, drinking beer - about the time I started to get out of my car I see 2 women, barely dressed coming out the door. There was some discussion (which I could not hear) between the women and men. Did not seem they knew each other, but had just met. I continued to set in my car and look through my phone for another option. Within 10 minutes a patrol car pulled up to the parking lot with 2 police officers. I drove off the premises into a well lit fast food parking lot, contacted Hotels.com and was able to cancel this hotel and selected a different location. No hassle, just accommodated me instantly. ONE MORE REASON I ALWAYS USE HOTELS.COM

Would not stay there again.🙁 Disappointed with our room. The floor was sticky and not very clean. My husband is older and was very afraid he was going to fall in the shower because it was very slick and there was nothing to hold onto. He made me put a bath towel in the tub so I would fall. The wash cloth holder in the soap dish was completely missing. On a positive note: The staff was friendly.

The entire facility was perfect. From check in to check out. Ellen was the perfect individual to check us in. She was an exceptional young lady. Very professional and knowledgeable. We give the place an 11.

The hotel was great. Rooms, amenities, breakfast were all good. However, the staff was outstanding, they really took care of my family and I. We all stayed there for family business and Stacy and the entire staff really took good care of us. We even asked if there was a meeting type room so our entire family, those staying in hotel and local could have 1 last family gathering before we all departed. They were on it. They let us use the meeting room so the 11 of us could spend quiet family time. They went above and beyond and we're so personable with all my family. I'll stay there anytime I'm back visiting family under better circumstances. Thanks Stacy and staff....
