very unkept

The property had CIG BUTTS all over and the NS policy was ignored. Curtains were dirty and had holes in them. The floors were dirty and except for the fridge working its far from a condition of extend stays or one night. How does the property pass inspection and electrical panel on elevator is loose.

Seemed like a sketchy neighborhood. Windows are single pane so every time my car came by it was incredibly noisy. When I checked in the lady was nice enough, but I thought it was odd. She didn’t check my ID or ask for a credit card for a deposit even though it says on the contract that they will put a deposit on your card for the room. Just didn’t seem very professional. Then as soon as I get my stuff and walk up to my room, I realize that both my room keys don’t work. So I have to carry all my stuff back downstairs to go. Tell her that they didn’t work. She then starts questioning if I put them next to my cell phone or my bank card and I’m thinking why don’t you apologize to the convenience and just get me cards actually work. So then I told her that I know not to put the best to my cell phone. They were not anywhere near my cell phone so clearly I was just a glitch and they don’t work. She almost looked irritated that she have to get off her butt and do something. Thankfully, that’s the only time I had to interact with the staff during my stay. I would not stay here again.

There was a considerable issue with our stay and a lack of staffing. The staff who were onsite did their best under very challenging conditions but our room did not get fully cleaned, it was not what we reserved and we was not ready when we attempted to check in well after the normal check in time.

Got there at 3 to check in and they said they were behind on cleaning. They gave me my room finally around 9 and the room smelled like smoke. Switched rooms after waiting longer only to get a room with a flooded bathroom and toilet paper all over the floor. I asked got a refund and left

Location was great, rooms just disappointing..... stained towels, dirty shower, dirty stove burners with red residue like someone smoked pills off them, room not ready had to ask for multiple things and door keys hardly work like once out of 10 swipes.

The cleanliness and condition of the property was very poor. When there was a kitchnette i expected to have dining ware and limited cookware. No coffee maker either. Was very disapointed.

It started out. We go to my room and hear Voices. Yeah, I knocked there were two Young ladies standing there. One call the office The lady that checks us in is awesome. I was almost upset. Mom and I are on room. See you in the gra duration for today. Thank you. Where were you time here that lady checkers in? She's the best to give her a raise.he you don't live here. Had to call front desk to come in after hours. Room was ok but hotel had issues like trash in front of elevator, people vaping outside to talking loudly in the night. Room was not completely ready when we checked in (no towels, no comfortable, no hangers etc). We did not feel safe at all staying there (though nothing happened to us). The overall experience is not good at all and would never want to repeat. Booked by trusting Red Roof but totally disappointed.
