It was clean and orderly close to RMNP which our reason for visiting! When we had a question it was answered promptly. The pillows could stand an upgrade! But we enjoyed our stay!

Estes Park vacation

Room was not very clean. Counters were dirty and hair in the bathroom. Next morning about 4 am there wasn't any water 😕 in the shower, bathroom or kitchen. We called and all we could do is leave a message. 6:30 am still no water. No explanation on why or when it would be restored. Later we found a caretaker and asked and he spoke very little English. He said he could get us more towels, but he never did. Water was finally back on when we came back around 11 am. We love the room and Hot tub after we had to removed some water out of it as it was filled to the top and went over onto the deck below. Need to have a manager on site to oversee the maintenance of the property.

We were pleased with the location, as it was off of the main roads and very quiet and the self checkin was so easy. The room was spacious (deluxe king) as well as the bathroom and very clean.

Great Location for RMNP

Location on Fall River Road was great for quick access to RMNP. Our room was great and the hot tub on the deck was wonderful in the evening for star gazing. We did have two problems. We had no water when we woke up, but it was restored within 30 minutes. Second, we were missing one of the remotes for each of the tvs in our room, so we had to operate manually. We called and left a message, but no one ever contacted us.

Love the place. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Close to Estes Village, the wives love it! Good restaurant 5 minutes away. Only thing I would say is the TVs volume needs to be controlled at the TV, but that’s my bad for watching TV in Estes. Staff was great! I would definitely recommend this place!!

We did an upgrade at an additional charge. When we arrived the place was nice & had enough space for everyone staying. As we looked around there was a carpet runner that had a shoe print possibly asphalt, the back of the chair had splashed dirty spots all over it. Fireplace was not cleaned out, countertops & kitchen table had crumbs. Kitchen table was sticky. The larger bedroom in the threshold the carpet tack strip was poking through & I caught the heel of my foot on it. In the same bedroom the shower has a broken shampoo dispenser all of the shampoo leaked out & could have been a slip hazard. We washed it out. I did text the staff. Apology was given. They offered to discount or refund the upgrade price we paid for. We never received a discount or refund & we were fully charged. I was told that housekeeping would take care of the cleaning first thing & the staff would make sure of it. The runner was replaced & fireplace was cleaned out. Nothing else in the rental was cleaned. At this point we are on the fence if we will be returning. The amenities that we were looking for seemed good. But the cleanliness & attention to the maintenance needs work. I really wish they would have followed through on the offer to discount or refund the upgrade cost. I stopped texting after I was promised things would be taken care of and it was only partially done. I even sent pictures when I texted because I didn't want to be charged for the issues.

A first time to check in with not a human in sight

The room was nice. The check-in process was a bear and there is no office to check into. Photo of your self, driver’s license sent via email and then they give you the code and your room number so you can check yourself in. Seemed a little invasive to me

Very cute place to stay in Estes park! Convenient to RMNP and downtown Estes. The room was clean and love the self check in. The hot tub on the balcony was great.
