I will start with this hotel was 100% not worth the $240/night price tag. According to their communications, I was to receive check-in information by 3pm day of the reservation. Long story short, I called because they didn’t respond to their text messaging instructions. I’m glad I did because their email communication came at 10pm. Besides that, the room was absolutely trash. The blind over the window was broken, there was mold in the bathroom, the tv instructions were wrong, the ac unit was smaller than a microwave and couldn’t cool the room, and they couldn’t even provide a box of tissues. I’m sure in its day this was a nice place. Today, it’s a $100/night motel at best.

Good place, clean with great views

It was kinda clean but we found a couple of hairs (woman hair) that was not my girlfriend color so probably from a previous visitor, as well of some crumbs on the bed, service was also kinda effective but it was a little bit difficult to get answers in the app chat but we got what we needed when we called

Run, don’t stay here

This trip was booked last minute so there were few hotels available. No way this place deserves the high rating it has. The property was not well kept and the pool was closed for “scheduled maintenance” in July? We paid for 2 nights, but only stayed one, forfeiting the amount we paid for the second night. We stripped all bedding off the bed and slept on beach towels we had with us The shower was moldy and the bedding was threadbare and looked dirty. The decorative sled hanging above the bed had the biggest spider web inside! Never again!

The bed was very comfortable. The linen and towels were clean but towels were stained from use. It was noisy outside of our room from other guests after 9 pm for at least an hour.
