Estes Park is a beautiful place. We arrived in the area late that night because we had spent the day in the Pikes Peak area. We were dining late before checking in to the Best Western. I received a call from the hotel staff asking "are you still checking in tonight?" Of course, I answered "yes". I was informed that the front desk person "Bill" would be leaving at 10pm. Well, I wasn't going to make it there by 10, so he agreed to stay "late". We arrived at 10:15, checked in and proceeded to our room. The room was updated nicely. Everything was clean. There was just one hiccup: The clean sheets were stacked on the chair and not on the beds. I called the front desk and there was no answer. We just put the sheets on the bed ourselves. It was no big deal, but of course, we shouldn't have had to do this. I still give this place a high rating because, this was surely just an isolated mistake. The next morning, after a very nice complimentary breakfast, we spoke with Susan who gave us very helpful advice about our adventure into Estes Park. Without a doubt, driving the dirt road called "Old Falls Road" was the best part of our day, thanks to Susan for recommending that route. I would stay here again. The price is right and it checked our must have list for a hotel. We did not spend any time here....just arrived, slept, showered, ate breakfast and left. If that matches your travel needs, why spend more money elsewhere?

Very warm reception. Owner Roger very courteous & informative. Breakfast well prepared with great calories. Nice B&B close to town. Historic & interesting. Internet reception best only in library. TV not working due to poor reception. Roger said he would look into it as our stay was only over weekend. Did not bother us as we did not watch TV.

Room was recently updated and was very nice and clean. Pool was great! Only downfall and wasn't a deal breaker since we weren't in room much is the walls are pretty thin. Staff was friendly. I'd stay here again!

If parking isn't your favorite thing, this is a great place to stay. Know that there is no coffee available until 8 and no microwave in the room. Also, windows in the doors make the room BRIGHT all night long. I suggest a sleep mask or something to tape over the windows. It is great that the room was actually two rooms. One bed in each.

My family and I had a wonderful experience during our week stay. The hotel was awesome, and clean. In Fort Collins though, you don't spend much time inside the room, because this area is an outdoor paradise!...Really!!!
