Great location close to train station. Breakfast had great variety of food.

Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice. Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.

The hotel is very charming and right on the Main Street in Interlaken. The room was very good though the mattress was too soft for my taste. The staff was cordial and helpful. Interlaken prices are high so I would say the overall value was good to very good, though not great. Also, the hotel did provide tickets for free bus transportation in town. The included breakfast was very good too.

To reiterate my rating based on our first impression: excellent location, beautiful, spacious architecture, great amenities, helpful and friendly staff, good food and hours of entertainment watching paragliders sailing into the park across the street. My wife and I agreed that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at in our 37 years of travel together. Well done. We’ll recommend your hotel to everyone wee encounter who plan to travel in the area. Thanks for a wonderful 4 days.

Excellent overall experience. Perfect for our trip
