Needs some building updates - otrwise great

This it wasn’t as good as other times that I stayed at this hotel. The bed it wasn’t 11 bed but 2 twin beds put I together, and whil sleeping the beds bega to separate. The toilet was clogged, and it took several hours to the staff to send someone to fix the issue The break fast was just ok , the scramble eggs were too runny

Room was large, comfortable. Breakfast is included and we made use of the spa. Overall great experience

The views were incredible, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the windows were broken and so couldn’t be opened to appreciate the waves and breeze. The toilet ran continuously, the elevator was heard throughout the corridor, and there were no additional hotel amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future.
