Good room - well-equipped, clean, comfortable bed, good A/C. The place is let down by lack of reception staff and sometimes their lack of helpfulness when present.

Good location to get around the city

Everything as expected and convenient location. If you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke avoid the lobby/front door. People sit there a rip cigs seemingly all day long

Everything was perfect except I hadn't understood that our room that we had booked was an "interior" room which meant that the window overlooked the central aircon units and not the street so was fairly claustrophobic. Shower and towels spectacular, breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. Great location in the old town and opposite my favourite store Desigual !!!

"Couldn't have asked for a better location! This hotel is right in the heart of the old town, so everything was within walking distance. Despite being so central, the room was a peaceful retreat—very clean and modern with great air conditioning and useful USB sockets. The little balcony was a highlight, offering a lovely view over the picturesque streets. The staff were friendly at reception, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the shower had excellent pressure. Having a fridge in the room was a real bonus for keeping drinks cold. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Bilbao."

Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits dans cet hôtel lors de notre visite à San Sebastián. L’hôtel est bien situé, à environ 20 minutes de marche de la vieille ville. Le quartier est agréable et compte plusieurs excellents restaurants, souvent moins achalandés que ceux du centre. Le gros point négatif concerne notre chambre, qui dégageait une très forte odeur d’égouts, accentuée lorsque la climatisation fonctionnait. L’odeur était si intense qu’elle nuisait réellement à notre confort. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais l’hôtel était complet et cela n’a pas été possible. Nous avons alors demandé une compensation financière en raison des désagréments, en mentionnant que nous envisagions même de changer d’hôtel. Malheureusement, nous n’avons obtenu une réponse qu’à la toute fin de notre séjour. La seule compensation offerte a été une réduction de 10 %. Au moment d’écrire cet avis, aucun remboursement n’a toutefois été effectué. Il reste donc à voir si cette compensation sera réellement appliquée. C’est décevant, car un problème aussi important aurait mérité une prise en charge plus rapide et un geste commercial plus significatif.

Es la primera vez quedandome en un hostel y me encanto!!!!!! El lugar tiene una ubicación perfecta, cerca de los buses, trenes, centro commercial y restaurantes.

Location, location! We took the train to Bilbao and the hotel is only minutes walk from the station. Then beyond that, we could walk pretty much everywhere in Bilbao. We had high street shopping on our doorstep and a 5min walk over the river to the old town. The apartment was spacious and homely with everything we needed. You are very self-contained as the whole process is self check-in. Just note there is very limited luggage storage, so would recommend only arriving after the check-in time.
