Great Quality Hotel

The staff are great, everyone is so friendly and they provide top tier customer service. Love that they have a bar near the pool and room service available. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Really nice hotel with super friendly staff and a good restaurant. Our room was very clean, the A/C ran quietly, and while the mattresses were a bit caved in the middle, they were still surprisingly comfortable. The hallways could definitely use an upgrade though—the carpet is pretty stained, and tile or marble would look much better. The big win for us was the huge fenced parking lot that’s guarded 24/7, which gave us peace of mind. I hadn’t been to Ensenada in about 25 years, and wow, the city has really transformed into a lively, bustling place with a great vibe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will most likely book this hotel again when we come back.
