I was a little upset the pool was out of service, but Natasha at the front desk was so amazing, truly one of the nicest and most considerate people I’ve ever met. She saved us with helping us check in. Couldn’t thank her enough. And when I asked for help later in the afternoon for a highchair for my son she didn’t fuss and didn’t question a thing, she helped me no questions asked and I couldn’t be more grateful. Staff really made this hotel stay worth it.

Expensive for the level of comfort I received

Our room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the included breakfast with decent options to choose from. One bed was comfortable, the other was a little too firm. Linens and towels all comfortable. The AC was loud and made a rattling sound. It was a loud hotel with children running up and down the halls after 9pm, people yelling, slamming doors. The halls reeked of weed. Overall, this hotel was pretty expensive for the level of comfort I received.

It was ok

Access to the hotel was quick for the family, right off of 95. A couple food chains near by, Walmart down the street as well. Check in was quick, small lobby, there was a leak though from the ceiling by the little shop they have for snacks and amenities. Hallway leading up to the room had a faint cigarette smell. Room was spacious enough for our family of 4 (2 Kids under 10 and 2 Adults). The room was overall ok but my child dropped something on the floor near the headboard and when I went to pick it up I saw disgusting yellowish nail clippings, several of them, along with dirty dusty earplugs all behind the bed.

Last minute booking, I was driving from the Pan Handle of FL to NY, so glad it was available. Parking area well lit, check-in was smooth. The woman at the front desk greeted me by name and we had a laugh because I arrived at 2am, and that's not common. Very clean and secure hotel.
