The room was fine. The refrigerator didn't work. No one was ever at the desk. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in. Could only leave my keys to for check out. There was no one to report the fridge to. Room 148.

Affordable rooms. I wish a quick breakfast was more available even if I did have to pay; I didn’t have time for a restaurant-style breakfast with uncertain service. I don’t think high expectations apply to lower-priced rooms, but I think some level of care is appropriate: I was disappointed that the staff couldn’t even provide me with cutlery or a plate to use in my room. Pool was fun for kids.

Laundry facility was closed. Many times there was no front desk attendant. Had to ring buzzer multiple times. Wait was often 10 minutes or more. Trash collection sat in the hallway for hours and smelled terrible. Dining was limited as was transportation. Room was okay, tv was new but very small. Bathroom was clean. No towel service for three days! Probably will not stay again.

One of the bed sheet was stained multiple spots with red color and I suspect it was blood. Luckily the other bed seems ok for me to sleep on. The carpet felt ancient and filthy. Would not recommend.

The bar/restaurant closed early even though they were scheduled to be open until 11pm. Pool was not in operation, it was completely drained. Vending machines weren’t stocked could only get water. DoorDash’ed some food and it didn’t come with utensils so asked the front desk and they only had soup spoons to eat a salad and tacos. Couldn’t make change to use in the vending machine cause the vending machine did not take anything over a $1 bill but then tried to use a $1 bill and it wouldn’t work had to find quarters

Clean room and great water pressure... friendly staff although a bit overwhelmed with a large group checking in which was understandable. Could use some aesthetics/ ambiance. Coffee, albeit a small detail but important one needs overhaul. It was brown water. Maybe offer alternatives such as a variety of teas. Curb appeal could use work but overall very comfortable and clean rooms with friendly staff.

This place is ridiculously understaffed. I went through EIGHT keys to find one that actually worked. This, after the front desk person told me nothing was wrong with the one(s) I had. Bathroom in lobby had no toilet paper. Front desk person told me that the reason I didn't have internet was because my room was out of range. Awful

It’s all about expectations

This hotel was the closest to a 4 day event I was attending. So I booked it without much hesitation. Later on I went back on the booking platform to peruse reviews and was alarmed to read about bedbugs, poor upkeep, towels problems and such. I’m please to say my room didn’t have bedbugs. But it also didn’t have bath towels and it took a good couple of days to get them despite bringing it up.Housekeeping only came once in 4 days but that frankly didn’t bother me. The keycard worked every day except for the last night. I brought lots of snacks to avoid using their restaurant for breakfast but it looks like at least one morning it was closed due to lack of staff. Bring an eye mask. The curtains are purely decorative and cannot be closed. There are no window shades so unless you’re an early morning person you really need the eye mask. The AC works well although it’s rather loud. Between that and the fridge, you’re better off using earplugs. All in all- if it’s a good deal or really close to where you need to be, it’s a solid option.
