Found two bugs. One crawling on my husband. And another on the floor. Took pictures to the staff and asked for my money back when I'd only been there 5 hours. Only 1 hour in the actual room. My room smelt like cigarettes and the whole hotel had a stinky kinda funk smell. One may have been a Beatle but the other was no doubt a bed bug. She tried to say I brought them in. Are u serious right now lady??? She took the cup lid I put them in as proof and threw the bugs in the air acting erratically

The outside,lobby, hallway, and stairs were worn down. The stairs were a fairly steep climb. The room was clean and updated. The front check in was friendly and helpful.
