Our one night stay was the worst hotel experience we had on our two week trip. There was no hot water in the shower and they do not answer the phone at the front desk- we tried again and again. I had to get dressed and go to the desk to inform them of the problem. The staff member seemed annoyed and said they would send someone up. No apology. Someone arrived about ten minutes later and could not fix it so suggested that we move to another room. It was late in the day and we had unpacked and did not want to waste time moving so he sent a repair person. The repair person explained that sometimes the shower hot water does not work if the sink hot water does work. He fixed the shower and then we had no hot water in the sink. There was visible mold in the shower area. The breakfast was nicely set up- but the eggs looked like powdered eggs and were tasteless and barely warm The gentlemen who greets arriving guests (at the door) from the street was very professional and pleasant. The location was good.
