This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. The room smelled like urine. I was on my hands and knees cleaning the floor and outside the toilet. Rag was black after cleaning. The rim under the bowl was black. My sister and I raided the cleaning closet for cleaning supplies to try and get rid if the urine smell. We changed ALL of the bedding. Mattress pad did not look clean. It had a big stain. Needless to say we did not stay another night. We did NOT get a refund or a part of the bill refunded. They offered another room, not when I asked for it that night it but the next morning. We looked at the room but… again the inside and outside of the toilet was filthy I did not trust the bedding The absolute worst. Where is Econolodge inspection of property.

Very low end experience. The staff did open pool early for us at 8:00am instead of 10am. 10:00am seemed a little late since checkout is 11:00am.

Stay was fine. Breakfast was basically non existent so don’t plan on eating here, and the staff was odd at times. There is a McDonald and a restaurant within walking distance and a DG market!

I paid for 2 nights and checked out after the 1st night. Pros: -Staff was friendly. Cons: -Owner was sitting in the lobby with his shoes off like he was in his personal living room...gross. -Carpet in the hallway was filled with stains. -When I got to the room the door was already open. The lock to the room didn't work. After the owner looked at it, I was told to lift the door up to close and lock it. -Room smelled clean but actually wasn't. (See pics below) -Requested another room but was denied. -TV malfunctioned. Upon investigating, the guests from the room next door, their remote controlled their TV and my TV. -After checking out early, was told that my money for the rest of the stay could not be refunded.

U get what u pay for. Not bad for an economy rate hotel. Pros: Room, lobby and breakfast area were clean. Bed was comfortable. Cons: carpet in the hallways was disgusting. breakfast was toast, cereal and a waffle maker. Pool was empty. Stayed in El Paso because it was closest to the event we were there to attend. In the future we will drive the extra few miles to stay in a nicer hotel in Bloomington-Normal.

The pool is under maintenance, which was unfortunate. Beds were super comfortable and water was always hot, even after 3 showers
