hotel en muy malas condiciones

buen día!! gracias por darme la oportunidad de expresar mi apreciación respecto del funcionamiento de este hotel en particular, en el área de desayuno, no tienen servilletas, liquido para elaborar los hot cakes, no hay microondas, el lugar de comedor bastante sucio, la habitación sucia, la tina con marcas de cigarro, el lugar donde pisa en la tina bastante deteriorado, el tubo donde se sostiene la cortina de baño con mucho oxido, espero mi comentario no cause urticaria.saludos

When we got to the room there was underwear hanging from one of the pictures on the wall. We got another room, the staff was very quick to respond and helpful. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke even though they advertise nonsmoking. They were other guests in the rooms near by that stayed up all night and were loud inside their rooms and outside.

Buenas tardes, el agua de la alberca estaba muy sucia, no habia papel higienico en la habitacion, las veces que fuimos al baño no fue agradable ya que encontramos cucarachas pequeñas, la habitacion olia a humo de cigarro. El clima de la habitacion estuvo bien.
