Great location for the event we attended Horrible parking! Guests double parking in the garage just was not good. This hotel is dated the tub drained slow and carpet was dirty.

I ordered a king size bed received 2 queens despite paying extra for a hassel free experience .. found hair all on the shower wall wasn't happy about having to clean it up the front desk lady was nice despite everything

The parking garage requires your key after paying a 20 dollar parking fee in order to exit the garage. The ket scanner did not work a single time, meaning I had to press the help button to ring the front desk. As soon as it rang they opened the gate, without asking a room number or any type of confirmation that I had paid for overnight parking. Meaning that most guests could choose to lie say they dont want overnight parking, not pay the charge and still have the same access I paid for.
