When I checked in, the room had not been properly cleaned and the air conditioning was not working. The hotel did address the cleanliness issue very well the next day, but on the first night I had to stay in the dirty room because there were no other rooms available. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was never fixed during my two-night stay. They did refund me for the first night and genuinely tried to help as much as they could, which I appreciated. I really liked the location. The hotel is very close to the ocean, and everything you need is nearby. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for swimming during my stay because of sewage contamination coming from Mexico, so we were not allowed to go into the water. Overall, despite the issues with the room and the air conditioning, I thought it was a nice and pleasant hotel with a great location.

The hotel itself is pretty cool. The area feels like Manhattan. The downside is there is no actual hotel parking. It is a paid parking lot next to the hotel (for $48 a night or Valet for $58 a night) or street parking at the meters. The AC and cable both didn't work when we got there, HOWEVER, Ian the manager fixed it for us literally as soon as we called the front desk about it. He came right up and handled it. He is super nice and sweet and it all got fixed within 30 minutes. Overall it was a good experience. We would stay there again if it was a little less expensive and easier to park. A little pricey for us, but with the NY feel.

Rooms are spacious, the cleaning staff is not great though. Our room was cleaned late and very subpar.

We recently stayed at Pan Thai Inn and had a wonderful experience! From the beautiful property and fantastic location to the thoughtful amenities and little touches throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious fruit-infused water that was different everyday, the cookies in the afternoon, the morning breakfast was a wonderful start and of course, the beautiful sunsets! Pan Thai Inn has such a warm, comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Thanks to everyone at Pan Thai Inn for making our visit memorable!
