A/C in room just blew out warm air. Informed front desk and nothing was done. Bathroom sink was rusted out and paint was peeling, and door stops broken. Hotel door hinges were loose and door rattled all night. Hotel provided only 2 bath towels for 3 people. Received additional one and the next day room service removed the additional towel again.

The hotel was not as advertised. We booked for 3 people but only got towels for 2. The elevator was broken, and we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor with no help. Breakfast was advertised as hot and cold, but we only got continental vouchers, and the breakfast area was too small to even sit. The on-site restaurant shown in the listing was not the same one at the hotel. We won’t be staying here again.

Just Okay

Okay for the price. Stayed for 3 days, housekeeping never showed up one day. Pizza box garbage on the floor wasn’t picked up. Couldn’t get extra coffee pods from the hotel counter, was told I had to find housekeeping to ask them. There were cigarette burns on the bathroom sink counter. One elevator wasn’t working and had to go down 4 floors to the opposite side of the building to get ice.

Terrible stay it was! Big fighting in the middle of night next door. Staffs need proper training. Housekeeper forgot to put towels in the room. Maintenance man left over his drill in the room. Front desk clerks were so rude .

Comfortable and clean

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was very comfortable, the furniture was pretty badly stained and ripped apart but the room was clean.

Not worth it

I booked this hotel for the waterslide and pool. The day before my booking i get an email that the water slide is closed for service. Ok fine the pool is still open. I get to the hotel to check in and the elevators are down for maintenance. Great! I get to my room for the night and try to lock tge dead bolt and it didnt line up in the door and would not lock. This was not a good stay. I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and offered a 10% discount.

The bed was comfortable, the room was small but fine for what we needed but it could have been cleaned better and it was extremely hot in there. The air conditioner didn't work, just blew warm air and was extremely loud. The pillows were terrible and when we asked for more they said they would bring some up and no one came, went down and they wouldn't give us 1 more. The breakfast was basic, with cereal, bagels and fruit. The waterslide was down and won't be working for awhile, so if you're booking for their pool I would call first. I won't be staying here again.

Dirty and disappointing

This hotel was very disappointing. Prior to arrival we received an email that the waterslides was broken. Upon arrival we were informed the elevators were also broken. Building has signs about additional security everywhere, giving the impression the building was not safe. Had booked two adjoining rooms for large family. Rooms were beside each other - but not adjoining. Rooms had strong odors. Bedding had stains, and when checking to confirm no bed bugs - discovered cigarette burn holes in mattresses. Walls in bathroom had dirt drip marks down them. Bathrooms were not stocked with towels, only 2 incomplete sets of towels in each of the two bathrooms (2 rooms booked) - we paid accommodations for 5 people. Bathroom caulking had mold growing. Free breakfast was a small room crammed full of people, with only cereal available as everything else had been cleared out prior to our arrival at 9. Breakfast was served 630-10am as per front desk. Travelodge, you let me down.
