Staff was wonderful at check in. Glad to see evening social back! Breakfast is always nice. Close to West Edmonton Mall which was fun (but thats a whole nother review). Parking is great in the back, front was crowded. Walkable food choices were nice. Can't speak for safety, as I do not know, but seemed fine. No evidence of any wrongdoing. Would stay again.

I love this little suite for my family with 3 kids. Easy access to all the main roads. Parking is great! I normally hate parking at hotels. Swimming is okay. No hot tub or slide but my kids still enjoyed the swimming. New family favourite.

Terrible Value: Poor Service and No Guest Care

This hotel is not worth the money. I emailed the General Manager before my trip and never received a reply — even after staying Thursday to Sunday. At check-in, the hide-a-bed I requested for our group of three wasn’t set up, and we had to wait again after calling the front desk. The next day, housekeeping never cleaned our room, and when I asked for fresh towels and garbage removal, it still took another 30 minutes. To make matters worse, the first aid box at the pool was completely empty — unsafe and unacceptable. For nearly $700, the service and standards were very disappointing.

Admin from August 14, 2025 name Mitchel welcome me at 1:07AM with my family and my pets, with the best service. Second time staying at this property. The only thing I didn’t like was the poop around the property. Needs to be clean up because it’s not safe for pets.

Lovely area, great dog grassy area Staff super kind. Breakfast nice selction, well organized area. Loved having full kitchen. Bed/pillows amazing! Pet room was beyond nasty, the smell of urine on the couch burned my eyes i had to take allergy meds and put a sheet on it plus it was torn from animal abuse, the carpets made my feet black luckily brought slippers. Staff said for over a month new furniture is in containers near by. Well get on it! One room at a time, guest checks out. carry out old couch. Housekeeping vaccum, bring in new sofa, finish cleaning bam... So was disappointed that way They charge enough in pet fee's That cost should go to the up keep like shampooing, cushion covers that can be taken off and washed..
