The staff did not honor my reservation for a specific kind of room that was available at the time of booking. I called before the cancellation deadline and it was confirmed, yet again, but upon arrival, it was not given to us. We had 2 families who needed 2 rooms (with small children) and booked a connected room for safety and convenience for care. We were not impressed at all and there was zero compensation to me for the inconvenience and the lack of follow through, nor was there any responsibility taken for the staff who either: confirmed a booking that wasn't available, or, for the staff who took it upon themselves to decide discretion for who gets the type of room I specifically booked. And when confronted about it, they said they would waive the fee for cancelling if I felt I wanted to go to a different hotel... On a long weekend. Won't be staying at this hotel again, or likely the Wyndham chain.

The lobby was beautiful with balls of fairy lights from the ceiling and comfortable seating areas. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. However, it would have been better if more than 2 sets of condiments , tea/ coffee were provided in the room as we had more than 2 people staying in the room.

Okay hotel with dated rooms

It was a good hotel in a good location. Dated, but clean and have good facility I asked for a higher floor and quiet room and I got email confirmation. I got assigned a room on the second floor opposite the laundry room with loud fan noise. Also the hot tub was not heated so we have like a cold tub with jets
