Price was ok for first night but more than tripled for the following 2 because of the weekend despite being booked in advance. Ordered food from restaurant Thursday night and was told it would be 20 minutes (only ordered 2 mains and an appetizer) but was made to wait over 45 minutes for anything to come out. Only give continental breakfast 1 night out of your stay and it is definitely nothing to call home about

Although this hotel a little bit out of the way, it turned out to be a great hotel for us. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room had great black out curtains and was very quiet. The room was also very clean. The breakfast is ok - I never expect much out of a free breakfast, but had lots of variety. The staff seemed to be friendly and courteous. Best part was it was very reasonably priced and even with spending money on a few ubers to get around, it ended up being cheaper than hotels downtown.

Front desk staff and manager were amazing. We checked in on the second day of a Morgan Waller concert. The place was sold out and the lines long and the staff were so helpful.

The check in process took 30 minutes which is way too long. One of the lamps in our room did not work, the towels given to us had makeup on three of them, there was a crusty towel left on top of the shower curtain rod, and the fridge barely worked. One elevator did not work, and the one that did work had a screaming beep the entire time. We also tried to call for room service multiple times and no one picked up so we went down to the front desk and were informed that the cook just did not show up so they had to reject multiple requests for food. The breakfast was decent though.

The service was terrible. Our toilet plugged and they dropped a toilet plunger off and we had to plunge the toilet. Did not offer to clean or bring us new towels. The bathroom by the restaurant was disgusting to the point my partner walked out gagging. Check-in felt like we were an inconvenience to the person working. I stayed in this hotel 15 years ago and its really gone downhill. Also salad was served at the breakfast buffet. Fruit would have been a better option. Pros: beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a good selection.

On our first day we had an issue with the AC but the staff were very accommodating with our needs. We were moved to another room and going extra mile by preparing the pull out sofa bed for my girls. Room is clean and the breakfast is good! Overall the staffing was excellent! We definitely enjoyed our stay.

It was very far from city centre in an industrial area. There was nothing to walk to. You need to taxi or uber to leave. The room was very basic. They did not provide bottled water. You have to bring your own bottle and fill it up at one of their water fountains. This was very inconvenient. The TV was not a smart TV and I could not watch Netflix or mirror my cell phone to it. The breakfast was subpar. They only had paper plates and cutlery which was terrible. The pub was good.
