Nothing was good about our stay First off we where not told at any time it was under construction when we phoned to book. It was disgustingly dirty. Mold all through out the bathroom The room had a odor to it. Vents had at least 1/2" dust collection on them. Air conditioner did not work. Needless to say would never stay there again every.

After travelling hotel hoping for 2 weeks straight, and using the same CC for my last 3 years of travel. This hotel decided to tell me my credit card isn’t valid and forced me to pay a $400 cash deposit. If Fairmont accepts my Mastercard, there’s no way on earth a Quality Inn shouldn’t. Wouldn’t stay here again just based on how frustrating check-in was made to be. The lady in the morning was friendly however.
