We booked through Expedia because it was $120 less than booking directly through the hotel for the 3 days we were there. Unfortunately this put us on the second floor that obviously used to be the pet floor (now its the main floor) and consequently has pet stains and masked but sill present odor in the room. They are replacing the hall carpets but next time i will ask for third floor. The breakfast and service and overall value is great.

The room itself was great. The front staff were really terrific. Couple of small things in the room. Only decaf coffee was left and no cream in the restaurant. We thought it could be a little bit more variety and more options. It was pretty plain. The staff in around the restaurant can use some cheering up too didn’t seem very happy to be there or to be serving.

Always enjoy staying here. Very clean, never have to worry about the rooms. It is a well loved place, and it’s nice that they post signs saying they are going to be working on carpet replacement etc. It’s nice to know they continually work on improvements.

Love everything about property. Room was as described, breakfast was good, pool was as described. My only complaint was because I used Expedia, I was unable to charge anything to my room. I have left my card for incidentals and they put $100 hold on my card for each room, but if I wanted to buy water or a snack, I had to pay for it in cash or charge it to my credit card. I just didn’t understand that.

Been to lots of holiday inns and this was a typical one. If I had to make a complaint it would be there was several things smeared on ceiling and the temperature between two partitions was difficult to regulate. Staff was great.
