This hotel was very disappointing. The entire place has a bad smell, and the location is in an industrial area — though it is fairly close to the airport, which is the only convenience. There are some restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself is poorly maintained. The tub clogged every time we showered, making the stay uncomfortable.

We came to Edmonton on an emergency for my brothers funeral. Our flight came in at 130 but check in was not till 3pm. We called the hotel and the lovely lady at the counter gave us our room early so we could quickly check in and freshen up so we could get to the mosque on time for his funeral procession. We were so stressed about everything and the kindness and ease with check in made a horrible day that much easier. The breakfast the next morning had mini omelette that had bacon in them and we don’t eat pork so my husband asked the lady if they cold make him some veggie omelettes and she was absolutely I can! The staff at this hotel were so kind and easy to deal with. The rooms were clean and had micro and mini fridge and vending machines on the floors. I would stay here again for sure. The hotel is a 10 min drive to the airport and 15-20 mins from most areas. We found everything very convenient. Thank you for your service

Milda at front desk was amazing! Very personable, friendly and accommodating. We were a group of five families staying over a weekend for a wedding. Rooms were clean. Pool was fun, breakfast had a good variety. Parking was good. Recommend hotel for sure!

Everything was very good. Other than the breakfast . Stayed at the Holiday Inn express Croppie sausages not very good coffee try this hotel same results. Sausages should be fried darker. Actually should be bacon. Could’ve been an omelet option without ham in it for people that don’t eat meat or pork and a coffee left a lot to be desired. I’ll try a different hotel hoping for better results next time in Edmonton .this hotel should strive to provide a better breakfast than A&W.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, comfortable bed. Only issues were a funny curved floor in the tub and the desk chair wouldn't move on the carpet.
