The TV unlike most hotels these days, would not allow us to log in to our own Netflix or Prime streaming accounts which left us incredibly bored in the room. This was super inconvenient but the lady at the front desk offered us a refund on our parking for the night so that was nice customer service. The condition is aged in the hotel but it was clean. We would stay again but next time would bring our own means of entertainment

Front desk staff went above and beyond their job. The room was comfy and clean. The hotel was clean. The hottub was hot. The breakfast lady wasn’t the friendliest. The breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, bacon, and a bunch of other stuff. The hotel was secure, never had an issue with unwanted visitors. The parking lot was clean. Good value for the stay!

The room furnace had an odour similar to rotten milk emitting from it, couldn’t use it and shut it off. Coffee machine did not work and pillows were rock hard.

When you pay full price for a room you expect full service. Not the bare minimum cause ur there for 3 days. If you don’t get full service you shouldn’t have to pay full price. I needed to change dates for staying there and I have yet been refunded. The pool is no bigger than a big bath tub.
