Pros: Check in was easy, despite late check in no fees or hassle. Room was alright, beds were decent quality. Decent cooling/heating system. Cons: The layout of the room was awkward, such that the tv is not really usable while lying down in one of the two beds at all, and one is really awkward to be comfortable while watching. The window view is non existent but that's fine. Most vending machines in the hotel I found were out of order, or didn't take cashless payment. No decent options for a dimmer light, only lights on or a lamp which wasn't so great. Bathroom provided soap and towel/hair dryer, no shampoo/conditioner which was fine, but the shower was slightly cramped. Parking was fine, free parking which is nice. One of two keycards for the room did not work initially, which was a minor issue at first, but got it fixed at the front desk quickly. Overall I'd give it a 3/5, totally okay stay. Nothing exceptional, not terrible, maybe on the pricier side of things for such an uninteresting stay though.

My grandson and I had a enjoyable stay. The hotel was nice and clise to West Edmonton mall and all other stores and restaurants.
