Nice place to stay.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bistro/restaurant was closed. I have to say the cleanliness was not quite up to par in the common areas. The windows/doorways were very grimy as were the carpets in the elevators. Otherwise, everything else was fine and the price was right. Lots of restaurants and amenities in the area.

Front counter staff was great, very helpful. Breakfast was bad. Like undercooked greasy bacon, still cold from freezer French toast, reheated eggo pancakes. The property was properly worn. You can tell this used to be a very nice hotel, but now most of it is closed. Room wasn’t the cleanest, bathroom were very old and worn. Pool was heated, that was great.

Upon arrive our room had hair on and in the bedding. Got new sheets to make my own bed. There were still hairs on the new sheets. The bathroom had hair in tub and on toilet. The AC turned on but didn’t stay on long. Had to set to 50 to get cool air. Breakfast had to ask for hot water & never got. Ran out of syrup, bacon & water. Had to ask & some things were replenished. Was told a discount was going to be issued but have yet to receive. Pool had 3 towels left. Halls were vacuumed. Every door handle and elevator needed wiping. Front staff guy was nice. Did his best.

Our concierge was great, our room was plain. There was a picture missing off the wall. Lots of open space, but needs updating. Good for the price we paid, and very quiet.

The room was not bad with the exception of the bed was very soft and noisy. The carpets not vacuumed in the 2 days we were there elevators floors and walls dirty.Breakfast with limited food. Don't recomend to stay there.
