If you’re sensitive to temperature, this place might not be ideal. We ran into issues with the air conditioning, which seems to be a recurring problem based on other reviews — and unfortunately, we experienced it too. The control panel in the room didn’t do much, and we had to repeatedly message the concierge to adjust the temperature. While they were able to change it from their end, the “smart” system seemed to have a mind of its own — swinging between uncomfortably hot (around 30°C) and freezing cold (around 10°C).
What made it more frustrating was how the issue was handled at first. The staff kept insisting the temperature wasn’t that bad (claiming it was 18°C when it felt colder than the 10°C outside), or that we just didn’t know how to use the panel. It felt like our concerns weren’t being taken seriously, and instead of looking for a solution, we were met with excuses.
Things improved after we spoke with the manager on the third night — they were much more understanding and provided two radiators, which helped a lot. It would’ve made a big difference if the issue had been acknowledged and addressed earlier.
The room itself is well-equipped, though a bit tight on space. It would’ve been a solid 4/5 if not for the air conditioning issues and the initial lack of support. That said, the manager’s help did improve our stay, so we appreciated that.
