Not a safe area. Drunk people at entrance way. Tight stairway with NO elevator. Extremely difficult to bring luggage to third floor. Not clean washroom with seems to be blood stain at all toilet rolls. Small rooms with no head room. Overall poor conditions. Strongly NOT recommended at all.

ThIs property was centrally located for walking all over old town. There was a bus station right outside the door which would have been handy but we enjoyed the weather and walked all over. The only suggestion I would make which is a tiny one...door stops would be handy. All the doors are big thick doors and they are on spring hinges so they close automatically. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location but expect a bit of noise because it’s located in a busy area. Lots of good shopping and dining options. Reception staff were helpful and communicated well Shower was quite fussy to adjust and the temperature varied a lot -made it challenging to shower comfortably.

Nice flat, stiflingly hot though

Flat was clean and had great amenities ( i.e. fridge, kitchen, shower). However it was too hot even with the windows opened it was still 29C. The bedroom had a good sized fan. The room with the sofa bed was only made bearable by the other fan but it was still too small.

Great space for the price. Comfortable, spacious, and well located. However, the apt was very warm since you cannot open any windows and it was 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit when I was there. Thankfully, they provided a fan which I had running 24/7 when I was there.

Great suite

Love this spot. Location is great, suites are large and very well decorated/equipped. Loved it. Things to note: No elevator so you will climb stairs and the location is great but that means crowded and street noise is a thing (earplugs provided). We had some issued with plumbing (just bad luck) but the manager was very helpful/responsive and did what they could to resolve. Our stay was rough but this is a great spot that I’d go back to.

Great area for people watching. Small grocery store next door was great! Beds were awful. Shower had something resembling mold. Shower floor caving in. Water didn’t drain completely and always felt like we would fall through at any moment. Bus stop at the front door, although convenient, always had to fight a crowd to get in or out the door. The stairs to the room were crazy. 49 stairs with huge suitcases was just too much. This would be a great little place for a night or two. I spent 10 nights and it was just too long to go without sleep because of the beds. I cannot stress enough how bad the beds were. And the lack of clean linens and towels was unacceptable.

Location was very good. Close to many tourist attractions which is the positive feedback. While we understood there was no elevator, we did not know what specific room we would be in at the time of booking, and found out the night before we were on a top floor unit. We had to haul our luggage up 60 stairs which was difficult. Also, as there was no air conditioning in the suite resulting in the windows needing to remain open all night to get some air flow, and being so close to the tourist areas, the noise from people on the street / bars / restaurants was constant and made it impossible to get any sleep. It was still very noisy at 3:30am. Even with the ear plugs that were left for us to use (which was a kind gesture) no one in our group of 5 got much sleep. Fortunately, we were only there for one night due to our travel schedule because i dont think we could have done another night there.

Right near the heart of old town and walking distance from the tourist sites. We enjoyed the modern design as well. Was a bit noisy at night, but the ear plugs provided were helpful.

The suite was great and had lots of room for myself and two grown daughters. I always love having a kitchen and this had everything we could possibly need. Even though it was quite warm when we were there the suite wasn’t too hot but could be if it got hot as only one window opened up a bit in the kitchen. We were on the top floor and had large suitcases which would be very difficult to get up if we were older or had mobility issues (my daughters had to carry the bags up). Even without baggage the stairs were quite the climb. The location was perfect. Walked out to the street in Old district with a full array of restaurants, shops, and pubs. A short walk to the Castle and train station. Would recommend!!!

Family trip

Family trip with our 4 year old. we enjoyed the location in the heart of Old Town. It was noisy at night but we were prepared for that. They also provided ear plugs if needed. Good amount of space and nice kitchenette and accessories. Bed was quite hard. No AC so we kept windows open while we were gone during the day. Closed them at night since it was noisy. Still got quite hot overnight. Very heavy doors for each room and only 1 door stop. So overall, not bad but could be better.

There are bus stations right outside the door which makes it very loud and unsafe to go in and out. Lot of homeless people staying outside very loud drunk people roam at night. Street cleaning which is very loud. Poor ventilation. No lift mind you have to carry your bags up the stairs.
