Over priced for the type of room and very basic. No tea/coffee in room. Shower and loo area was very small and shower was difficult to get right heat wise, most mornings it was a Luke warm shower. Positive was a great view of the castle.

Only issue was with gaining entry as had to wait over 5 mins to get access to the property as buzzer wasnt working. Apart from that it was as expected. Thank you 😊

It's cheap, was clean enough, but worn. But walls paper thin and there was no hot water. Cold shower at 4.30 to get to Waverley. Even for a value price, expect hot water.
