Edgewater Vacation Packages

The whole place was dirty and smelled. The rooms were not only dirty, but terribly small.

This had to be one of the cleanest condos we’ve EVER rented. Even though the finishes all weren’t the latest they were in immaculate condition as were the linens and kitchen utensils. The link to directions takes one to the rental office, which is on the ridge right above the condominiums. This was a bit confusing since that’s not made clear on the website, but calling the office number led to a very friendly and helpful staff. The bathtub and shower open directly into the bedroom in the one bedroom, suite unit, which could be a problem if one guest wants to get ready while the other sleeps. there’s also a nice size balcony and wide big windows with a great view of the ski mountain. I definitely see another visit in our future.

We loved our stay. It’s a very pet friendly hotel, and very clean. Great amenities and super cute kitchenettes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room layout was awesome. Loved the fireplace.

The room was very good but the check-in was horrendous. There’s two different buildings and the instructions and building signage is vague at best. The instructions for the codes for the doors were not good at all. But the worst part was the there was no parking next to the bldg. there is underground parking but I had no code for it. When I called the number for assistance I was told that I had not completed the form for parking (was never told about any form). He sends me the form and it states that’s it’s $100/ night for parking. I call back to ask about it and the response is “ yea it’s really high”. So we have to unload our bags on the curb, I go park a block away in a dirt parking lot and then walk back to try to get into the bldg. it took us 1.5 hours to get into our room with no less than 5 calls to “the front desk”wherever that was.

This was a cool and fun place! Loved the tent cabins! It was close to a stream that you could hear! Loved it! Friendly staff! The breakfast trailer was very cool and friendly people there too! Very nice and clean showers and bathrooms! The only issue I had was I got there after the office closed and I didn't have cell phone service to call their number. Had to drive 10 or so miles back to the east to get cell service. Gary was very helpful in telling me which tent cabin we were in. But really it was my bad because I didn't read their office hours and called ahead saying I was going to be a late arrival. Knowing the tent cabin number ahead of time on my reservation would have been helpful. There are very nice and cute actual cabins and tiny houses there as well. But we opted for a tent cabin. I would highly recommend this beautiful place!
