Wonderfully friendly staff and management. Very helpful and accommodating, they helped make the trip into lasting memories. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean with all the amenities you’d need. The location is unbeatable and within walking distance of downtown Edgarton, the beach, and the bus station all within a five minute or less walk!

We stayed for a couple of days to unwind and celebrate our anniversary; the hotel is in a perfect spot for wandering Edgartown or just relaxing on the porch people watching. Can't wait to stay there again!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is great. Location is superb. Our room (209) door wasn’t an exact fit so there was a gap from the handle to the bottom whereby you could see into the room from the hallway. The sink faucet needs maintenance and the room needs another mirror.

There weee only two crappy bath towels and ww needed more: no one at desk and no housekeeping. There were no hot cups or cream for coffee. 400$ should be better and theow those towels away. Bed great, location great. Door pocket to bathroom broken

The location was great!! Also the included bike rental was a plus. The continental breakfast was AMAZING!! Most of the staff was nice. There were a couple that were very snobby and didn’t want to be bothered. Looked at you like you had two heads. Downfall…NO ELEVATOR TO GET IN THE HOTEL OR TO GET TO THE SECOND FLOOR. Other downfall….PARKING IS 2 BLOCKS AWAY. Not fun at all. They did have someone help with our bags at check in and check out while we parked in the loading zone. Our room was a very odd set up. 2 Queen beds but one was set back in a corner and the other was out front. Sink was outside the bathroom and there was only one very small wastebasket placed in the bathroom next to the toilet. It was strange. But honestly, if you’re not in the mood to walk up steps and 2 blocks to your car this is not the place for you. Otherwise, loved the location!!! 3.5 stars!
