I was assured that my booking was set and they would provide the check-in code well before check-in. I was told everything was good. 2hours before check-in, still no code. I called to check with their customer service and they said they could not find my reservation. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Hotel Pompadour radiates the loving care of the people who designed it, as well as those who clean and manage it. My room’s personality – quirky, beguiling, lovely -- was the result of many little artistic choices. The atmosphere was peaceful but, at the same time, infused with the spell of New Orleans. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Alternately there was: no air conditioning, no internet, no working phone, no hot water, no food, and people smoking cigarettes outside our room. A real dump. Stay at the Four Seasons if you want to experience actual luxury and service. Stay here if you’d like to flush your money down the toilet and be stressed out for your entire vacation.

Really enjoyed my stay.
