Clean and great location, right next to West Bahnhof. Color choices in rooms perhaps a little questionable and extra-bright mirrored elevators a bit over the top, But great experience overall!

Centrally located with a neighborhood feel. Beautiful historic hotel with newly renovated rooms and great AC. The staff is top notch. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet. The best hotel in Vienna!

It was conveniently located. The hotel had a lovely,quaint atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I was disappointed with the room; while very comfortable, looked a little run down, dusty and found some bugs that looked like silverfish. When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar was excellent.
