The rooms were very clean and nice. The gal that was the receptionist on Sunday afternoon was so sweet and kind. It was offensive to me to have 2 bottles of water in the room with signs that say unless you are a "Member" they cost $3 each! Most hotels provide 2 bottles of water free. Even much less expensive hotels provide water. And $3! Really? A case of water is about $5 and you are going to charge $3 a bottle? Feels very cheap and not up to par with the rest of the feel of the hotel. We had a terrible experience with the pool. The most exciting thing about staying in a hotel with kids is swimming in the pool. We had a whole plan to swim on Monday morning and they got down there and there's a sign saying "closed for cleaning". They waited patiently for almost an hour and it was still closed. My husband asked the man at the front desk and he was rude and said it would be closed until 3 pm! That is obviously way past checkout time. So we had a bunch of disappointed kids. We went back to our room and changed and packed up only to discover as we were walking out of the hotel that the pool was back open! It was beyond frustrating.

Very nice hotel

Very clean. Lots of amenities like free, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, etc. Very good breakfast. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well.
