Eat Claire marathon weekend

The staff at the Hampton Inn Esau Claire was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to those attending the marathon. The hotel went above and beyond to provide breakfast early and extra snacks for the runners and spectators both before and after the race. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Comfy beds, amazing breakfast - decent sized pool - however Hot Tub was down which was not disclosed when we booked as that was one of the main reasons for coming to this hotel :(

This was a bull crap reservation. This was a pet friendly hotel and nothing was said about a pet fee. I check in and the person said a ridiculous amount for a non-refundable pet fee is required. This was at 10:30pm at night and we didn’t have a choice but to go ahead with the reservation. I was never given a receipt even after asking for one two days in a row and have yet to receive one via email. This seems like a scam and I will be sure to soread the word and never use this app or Hampton hotels again. Absolute ridiculous customer service.

My entire stay was great. Was greeted when checking in with a smile and professional employee. The place was very quiet, close to restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was great, the employee working was very friendly, good variety of food. If I were to say anything negative, it would be the chairs at the desk are outdated and not very comfortable. They did not move up or down for better positioning. But i made it work. B

Staff was very helpful and friendly! It was awesome to have access to the complimentary items. My daughter forgot her toothpaste. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't running and there weren't a lot of pool towels available.

The room was great. Very clean. Asked for extra pillows, no problem. The shower was great, very clean. Only issue, personally, the toilet was very low. We are tempted to ask for a toilet riser. I understand, it also needs to be child friendly. We would definitely go back.
