The place is simple, clean and the room what you expect for a night motel, you need to rest to continue your journey. Nothing fancy or lucury, basic breakfast, the only issue was the TV kept turned it on by itself, so I just unplugged it. No carpet, which is a huge plus, nice shower too.

Our stay was good overall. Breakfast has limited options, but the coffee was good. We were traveling with pets so we had a pet room and it really smelled terrible. Some room for improvement there.

Fantastic basic room far a low price

Fantastic place far a low price. Clean, safe, quiet, many TV stations. Basic room doesn’t have carpet, so it’s easier to stay clean. No protein options with the free continental breakfast.

Staff was completely helpful and extremely nice. The room was very nice included refrigerator. Very good TV multiple channels. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is the breakfast was a little disappointing.

Not great, but not terrible either

The hotel was nice and our room was clean upon arrival. After the first night, we left for the day and returned to the room having been cleaned. The next day, we were in the room for most of the day and didn't expect the room to be cleaned. The day after, we were gone for most of the day again and returned to the room not having been serviced. We ended up running out of toilet paper and had to get some from the front desk. The employees were courteous. The morning breakfast wasn't much to speak of. The juice machine was out of service. There were a couple pieces of fresh fruit, but not much else to speak of. The coffee pot in our room didn't work and regardless of how much is left in the breakfast room, they promptly dump it at 9:30. Overall, it was a decent enough place to sleep and shower

I was charged $172 for a same day reservation. Out of curiosity I checked the price for the same day of the week, one week later and it was $82. Less than half. Why? The property was not close to full when we stayed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the soap and shampoo was about the smallest I've ever seen. Also about the least stocked breakfast I've ever seen.

The motel in EauClaire was good, breakfast ok, outside very loud due to freeway nearby, however the rooms were quiet or soundproofed from the outside noise. The property in Manistique is nicer, quieter, walking path along the Lk Michigan , very good breakfast, nicer room - big sink outside of the bathroom, rugs in room felt cozier although i realize hard floors are more hygienic. I would recommend both places as we had positive experiences there.

It was a really clean Motel and the staff was nice I stayed there three days! They had a small breakfast a few things like Pancakes, Pastry, Yogurt, Fruit, Bagles & ECT. It wasn’t a “Buffet Style Breakfast Like Advertised” but it was enough to get you started in the morning. They had great coffee! They had a bench setting close to the front door and early in the morning the sound of people talking kept me up and it was hard to go back to sleep and the same thing happened at night time. They need to fix that!

This hotel was affordably priced and located in just the right spot for getting to and from, on and off the highway. The room was huge and comfortable but not sound proof at all which made sleeping tricky. Noise from the hallway and from the parking lot was very disruptive.
